      • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Healthcare related field if hired after May 18, 2021

  • Essential Responsibilities
    • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and reports suspected violations.
    • Responsible for physician payroll (semi-monthly) and quarterly bonus calculation and processing.
    • Review and prepare clinic financial data for reporting to EMC.
    • Accounts Payable for physician invoices, expense reimbursements and EDCC invoices and prepare documents for accountant.
    • Physician benefit plan administration including annual open enrollment and ongoing communication, enrollment for 401k.
    • Partner with Finance and Billing departments to reconcile and provide guidance for charges and correct coding, financial variances.
    • Compile, review for accuracy and validate financial data for reporting.
    • Assist with information systems problem-resolution.
    • Assist with telephone system problem-resolution.
    • Prepare annual budget for all EDCC cost centers.
    • Prepare and analyze patient satisfaction survey data and other performance related detail.
    • Prepare and file Corporation Statement of Information and Credible Coverage Disclosure with CMS, Accreditation.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or physician.
