  • Job Objective: A brief overview of the position.
    • This position is responsible for donor communications, assisting with marketing content creation/production and administrative support for Annual Giving Directors for Eisenhower Health Foundation
    • Donor communication includes Eisenhower Health donor acknowledgements, printed marketing materials and correspondence, digital marketing and social media. Position will also work closely with the Senior Director and Director on special projects and provide administrative assistance

    • Education
      • Required:  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing

    • Licensure/Certification
      • None

    • Experience
    • Required: Three (3) to Five (5)  years of experience in a fundraising, development, community engagement in a non-profit or municipal setting

    • Preferred:  Prior administrative experience in a healthcare setting

  • Essential Responsibilities
    • Revenue generation from conceptualizing, strategizing and managing digital marketing projects and fundraising campaigns with the oversight of Senior Director and liaise with Foundation Marketing and Database teams for creative elements, production and release of digital appeals.
    • Conceptualize social media content creation in collaboration with Senior Director and liaise with Foundation Marketing and Eisenhower Health Marketing teams for creation, production and release of content.
    • Analyze and report key performance indicators from social media metrics and suggest new and innovative ways to broaden our reach to potential future donors.
    • Support Annual Giving Directors with research, writing and marketing projects.
    • Research key performance indicators for Annual Giving reports.
    • Assist Annual Giving Director with a regular cadence of donor stewardship and retention communication activities to include personal letters, cards and emails.
    • In collaboration with Senior Director and Director, write and produce micro-giving appeals to Leadership Annual Donor audiences.
    • Manage and schedule print and other production projects with vendors to maximize timeliness and budget.
    • Create mail and e-mail prospect lists based on specified criteria from data in Raisers Edge with oversight from the Director-Operations.
    • Assist Circle of Stars and other affinity groups fundraising efforts with event coordination, direct mail appeal production, processing gifts and generating acknowledgement letters.
    • Oversee event details and RSVP’s for Annual Giving and Circle of Stars events with Events Director.
    • Present on behalf of the Eisenhower Health Foundation at community-based seminars/medical education events
    • Process Annual Fund gifts and generate acknowledgement letters during peak periods.
    • Process invoices.
    • Answering and appropriately directing incoming phone calls.
    • Aid Lucy Curci Cancer Center staff with golf tournaments, check presentations, donation collections and acknowledgement letter generation.
    • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations
