    • 24/7 Coordinator position is responsible for providing Administrative and 24/7 Recognition support to all Major Gift Officers and  Director of Events within the Foundation.

  • Qualifications
    • Education
      • Required:  Highschool, GED or Higher Level Degree
        Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Liberal Arts

    • Licensure/Certification
      • N/A

    • Experience
      • Required:  Three (3)  years of administrative  experience in a healthcare setting. 
      • Preferred: Prior administrative experience in fundraising, development, or non-profit 

  • Essential Responsibilities
    • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
    • Works with all Major Gift Officers  and Director of Events to create 24/7 Prospective Donor Packets, Pledge Agreements, Introduction Letters

    • Responsible for assisting in arranging 24/7 Prospective Donor Tours, including calendaring meetings, arranging/retrieving golf cart, scheduling Renker Pavilion Meeting space, calendaring introduction to ELT, calendaring introduction to 24/7 Nurse
    • Responsible for tracking status of 24/7 Pledge Agreements
    • Responsible for creating 24/7 reports of all types, financial and otherwise
    • Composes 24/7 Pledge Acknowledgement Letters and sends out 24/7 Leather binder with Membership Cards
    • Act in supporting role to Director of Events onsite 24/7 events

    • Responsible for creating 24/7 name badges for events

    • Responsible for post-event touch points and gifts for 24/7 events and donors

    • Keeps inventory of all 24/7 supplies and orders as needed (when training, incorporate Renker blankets and other 24/7 items Director of Events manages). 

    • Administrative support for all Major Gift Officers  and Director of Events (will help Director of Events with invoice processing, check requests, purchase orders)

    • Takes responsibility for identification of donors and prospects to increase the number of 24/7 donors to Eisenhower Medical Center.
    • Composes correspondence, proposals, and presentations in support of Major Gift Officers and Director of Events .

    • Works effectively with foundation staff.
    • Maintains detailed donor/prospect interactions through timely Raiser’s Edge entries.
    • Requires knowledge, creativity, and judgment when creating correspondence, proposals, and presentations effectively representing Eisenhower.
    • Researches, analyzes and synthesizes information in order to articulate institutional activities and priorities in support of one-on-one Major Gift Officer meetings with donors and prospects, trustees, and volunteer leadership.
    • Responsible for acting in a supporting role to the Director of Events onsite at 24/7 events, including preparing name badges.”

    • Responsible for post-24/7 event high touch items such as gifts for donors and prospective donors.”

    • Administrative support for all Major Gift Officers “and Director of Events regarding invoice processing, check requests, and purchase orders

    • Performs other duties as assigned.
