      • Required: 2 years in medical staff services or equivalent professional setting.
  • Essential Responsibilities
    • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
    • Tracking and reporting EA Health claims.
    • Responsible for coordination of medical staff meetings including meeting notification, food orders, agenda and packets, transcription of minutes, follow-up correspondence and activities.
    • Maintains database integrity for all Medical Staff-related information systems, including data entry.
    • Provides assistance and resource information to the Medical Staff Officers, Department Chairs and Section Chiefs and hospital departments.
    • Maintains Medical Staff monthly meeting calendar and annual calendar.
    • Maintains accurate ED call schedule and processes changes timely.
    • Prepares stipend check requests for ED call and physician time logs, beginning of each month.
    • Coordinates the preparation of new and revised physician contracts.
    • Processes medical staff annual dues payments.
    • Prepares annual dietary requests and schedules room for regularly scheduled meetings, updating as needed.
    • Answers telephones, supply ordering, filing, special projects, etc.
