Job Objective: A brief overview of the position.

The Patient Facilitator works under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, Major Gifts in close connection with Membership Manager and is responsible for the coordination of the Eisenhower Primary Care Concierge (EPCC) and/or Eisenhower Primary Care 365 (E365) membership applications including but not limited to: entry of patient information into appropriate systems collection of member fees, excellent customer service, sales of the EPCC/E365 program, tracking of membership payments and assisting with membership renewals.

Essential Responsibilities
-
Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.

Ability to articulate the design, benefits and costs of the EPCC/E365 program and the services of the Clinic division.

Promotes Eisenhower’s services through attendance at community and club presentations and health fairs across the Valley.

Works cooperatively with the other EPCC/E365 offices, physicians and finance team on resolving issues.

Works cooperatively with the Director of Ambulatory Services and Special programs in communicating and implementing sales and marketing plans to grow EPCC/E365.

Works with the Director of Ambulatory Services and Special Programs to help promote EPCC/E365 program and increase brand awareness.

Understands and demonstrates clearly the sales process for lead follow up and tracking and performs duties as such.

Focuses on credit card decline collections and billing rejections as supplied by finance on a weekly basis. Keeps Finance staff informed of any and all changes to the financial membership status.

Performs other duties as assigned.
