  • Job Objective: A brief overview of the position.
    • Works with the Manager Physician Performance Analytics, is to gather, analyze, report, and disseminate data that will be used to demonstrate physician/provider performance and ensure proper physician/provider compensation for various Eisenhower Medical Center Foundation contracted medical practices.

    • Education
      • Required: BA Health Management, Finance or related field.
    • Licensure/Certification

    • Experience
      • Required: A minimum of three years related financial analysis experience.
      • Preferred: Experience in physician practice management.
  • Essential Responsibilities
    • In conjunction with Manager Physician Performance Analytics, prepares and distributes regular (monthly or as required) physician, clinic, and program wide reporting regarding provider performance in a timely manner.
    • In conjunction with Manager Physician Performance Analytics, obtains data from Business Objects, the CUBE, HBI, NRC, EMC personnel, and other sources as required.
    • Manipulates data as necessary to result in meaningful summary data output as directed by the Manager Physician Performance Analytics. Such output includes dashboards and other summary reporting.
    • Answers basic questions and follows-up on issues uncovered by data recipients. Refers more complex questions to the Manager Physician Performance Analytics.
    • Archives data in a manner which can be later retrieved for documenting and demonstrating appropriate physician compensation.
    • Works with multidisciplinary teams on projects and reports related to physician performance.
    • Retrieves patient satisfaction reporting on all physicians and distributes this reporting to appropriate recipients.
    • Assists the Manager Physician Performance Analytics in gathering data, summarizing data, and providing analysis for new physician service lines, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, etc.
    • Assists the Manager Physician Performance Analytics in the annual budget process in reporting actual volumes and provider expense data and making projections with regards to volumes and expenses.
    • Responds to appropriate information requests within the organization.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
