  • Job Objective: A brief overview of the position.
    • The Principal trainers work with the training manager and application coordinators to develop and maintain the training program for their application.

    • Education
      • Required: Relevant degree or experience in lieu of degree (see below)
      • Preferred: Bachelors Degree
    • Licensure/Certification

    • Experience
      • Required: 4 years of healthcare or technology related work experience without a Bachelors degree.
      • Required: 6 months of healthcare or technology related work experience with a Bachelors degree.
  • Essential Responsibilities
    • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations
    • Maintaining the scope, schedule and quality of the Orthopedic training program.
    • Working closely with the DOC/EDOC Director of Operations, SR Analyst and other leadership team member to coordinate training activities.
    • Ensuring that the business community is engaged.
    • Reviewing the progress of training on an ongoing basis with DOC/EDOC Director of Operations.
    • See the positive in what is new and different.
    • Focus on what the system does and not what it does not do.
    • Reinforce the importance of training together with the executives and the DOC/EDOC director of Operations, and provide consistent communication to the application Analysts.
    • Provide perspective on common challenges and strategies for success.
    • Approach problems constructively by focusing on how to move the projects forward.
    • Organize resources within the organization.
    • Communicate with people effectively.
    • Motivate team members.
