Job Objective:
Responsible for the administrative support functions, including but not limited to the supervision of the front office staff and workflow. Acts as subject matter experts for the front office team for general questions and training. Ensures all patients have an accurate and comprehensive scheduling, and registration experience in the office.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
- Supervises all front office services within the clinic(s) timely and accurately, including all visits are prior authorized.
- Supervises, develops and participates in training and orientation of staff/contractors within clinic(s).
- Ensures a high level of employee, patient and medical provider satisfaction.
- Resolves escalated patient/customer concerns, complaints and issues and escalates to leader, as appropriate.
- Acts as subject matter expert for front desk operations.
- Registers patients following standard work and maintains compliance according to departmental benchmark guidelines; verifies and accurately enters and updates patient information while registering as per departmental guidelines.
- Answers and properly routes all incoming calls in an appropriate and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times.

- Oversees external communication with other managers/medical providers/clinics and their respective office staff to monitor and ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Facilitates collection of performance data metrics and provides analysis and regular reports for leadership; audits work of front office staff.
- Actively and independently works to improve daily processes and procedures, and finds solutions to challenges while maintaining close communication with clinic leadership.
- Oversees and monitors efficiency and productivity of front office daily operations within the clinic(s).
- In collaboration with leadership, participates in annual employee performance reviews, counseling and coaching.
- Maintains communication with leadership regarding the department operations and any issues with operations, equipment, staff, contractors and/or guests.
- Maintains front office staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Oversees all office supply orders, ensuring cost management, supply rotation and maintains accurate inventories.
- Plans, leads, and maintains documentation of front desk staff meetings.
