  • Essential Responsibilities
    • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
    • Answers phones within three rings using dept scripting.
    • Ensures all positions are covered and employees on task.
    • Maintains workable knowledge of all department schedules and routes.
    • Prepares project assignments, schedules, safety tips and daily assignments.
    • Completes daily patient meal rounds.
    • Ensures proper food handling procedures are being followed.
    • Ensures sanitation standards are being met.
    • Completes QI /PI documentation.
    • Verifies cash drawers and safe daily.
    • Ensures retail areas are clean, stocked and ready for customers.
    • Ensures all food in all service areas are within department standards.
    • Coaches employees.
    • Completes in-services for employees on annual requirements.
    • Performs all other duties assigned.
