Essential Responsibilities
-
Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
-
Answers phones within three rings using dept scripting.
-
Ensures all positions are covered and employees on task.
-
Maintains workable knowledge of all department schedules and routes.
-
Prepares project assignments, schedules, safety tips and daily assignments.
-
Completes daily patient meal rounds.
-
Ensures proper food handling procedures are being followed.
-
Ensures sanitation standards are being met.
-
Completes QI /PI documentation.
-
Verifies cash drawers and safe daily.
-
Ensures retail areas are clean, stocked and ready for customers.
-
Ensures all food in all service areas are within department standards.
-
Coaches employees.
-
Completes in-services for employees on annual requirements.
- Performs all other duties assigned.
