  • Job Objective: A brief overview of the position.
    • Responsible for coordinating efforts of the Mobile Health Unit under the direction of Clinical Operations, Medical Leadership and Foundation. Responsible for program coordination, working closely with team members to deliver a full range of health services and education to underserved populations via community events, outreach and scheduled clinic dates.

  • Qualifications
    • Education
      • Required: Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field
      • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field
    • Licensure/Certification
      • N/A

    • Experience
      • Required: Two (2) years of experience in event coordination or program management
      • Preferred: Community Health or Outpatient clinic setting experience
  • Essential Responsibilities
    • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
    • Collaborates with leadership in identifying community organizations and establishing community collaborations to schedule and deploy Eisenhower Mobile Health services.
    • Coordinates with Mobile Health staff on the operation of the Mobile Health Clinic Program while on site at community events.
    • Monitors use of medical supplies and educational materials to ensure cost efficiency.
    • Ensures that Mobile Health Clinic has necessary supplies, equipment and staff to maintain operational readiness.
    • Works collaboratively with staff, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and other hospital departments to implement appropriate healthcare programs.
    • Ensures that site staff have the information necessary to advertise and promote service days to clients served at that location.
    • Communicates schedule and program changes or adjustments to all internal and external staff. Assists with registration tasks as needed.
    • Attends and assists in leading mobile medical department meetings.
    • Attends regular scheduled staff meetings. Implements and conducts mobile-related meetings with necessary staff.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
