The Data Architect will efficiently design and develop the infrastructure all of the data needs of the organization. Working closely with the Director of Business Intelligence, CSIO and CIO, they ensure that the data meets the needs of the organization. The person in this role will be responsible for setting up, analyzing, and maintaining our data structure. They will also collaboratively lead the Data Governance for the organization, ensuring the organizational resources are engaged to ensure data integrity, definitions and security

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field required

Required: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Network+ (Plus) Certification

Experience

Required: Six (6) years of healthcare, data analysis and technology related work experience; Fluency in HTML/CSS and C# languages

Essential Responsibilities

Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.

Demonstrate, design, deliver, and document multi-platform architecture with a focus on architectural standards, growth, performance, flexibility, reliability, scalability, and security. Identify architectural risks and plans to mitigate.

Lead the Data Management team to guide the design and development of tasks.

Architect reliable and scalable data platforms, provide standard interfaces to query and support analytics for organization’s big security related data sets that are transparent, efficient and easy to access by our varied applications.

Administer and manage the Data Governance initiative and system for the organization.

Collaborate to ensure data integrity and security. Create systems to keep data secure.

Identify areas for improvement in current systems.

Coordinate with other team members to reach project milestones and deadlines.

Responsible for defining and implementing the technology strategy across Analytics, Big Data, and Cloud platforms, will research and bring current industry trends to the table, evaluating them for both risk and fit to business requirements.

Work on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative. Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.

Architect, design and oversee the development of the database mapping processes.
