Essential Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
- Receives new merchandise as it comes in: unpacks boxes weighing up to
- Provides coverage for gift shop as necessary.
- Keeps gift shop stocked with merchandise and assists with overall esthetics of the gift shop.
- Assists with training volunteers.
- Responsible for dealing with money and credit card charges in person and via telephone.
- Assists with selecting and ordering merchandise for the gift shop as directed by manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Handling of currency and credit card transactions
- Ability to provide execpetional customer service
- Stocking merchandise, unpacking merchandise, verifying inventories with vendors documents
- Knowledge of computer operation and computerized cash register

- Quality control, examining merchandise upon arrival for defects
- Friendly and outgoing with customers and visitors
