Job Objective:
Organizes, implements and achieves direct fund raising goals set by the President, Foundation. Must plan, manage, and execute the fundraising plan for major prospective donors at $300,000 and above for 24/7 Recognition, Campaign Gifts and Planned Giving. The incumbent will be tasked to take a team approach while personally soliciting major donations. This position requires independent judgement, communication and relationship building, analytical and organizational skills. Meets with donors on a regular basis. Meets with Senior Leadership to strategize and report progress toward goals, as assigned, on a consistent basis. Achieves major, planned and campaign giving objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
- Takes responsibility to plan, manage, and execute the fundraising plan for prospective donors at $
- Creates effective strategic relationships for the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of new donors, and prospects.
- Composes correspondence, proposals, and presentations effectively representing Eisenhower fundraising goals.
- Work effectively with foundation staff, with a team approach to fundraising.
- Maintains detailed donor/prospect interactions through timely entries into Foundation's Contact Management Software.
- Requires independent judgment to develop effective strategies and fundraising plans to attain and/or exceed the goals established by the President, Foundation.
- Requires knowledge, creativity and judgment when creating correspondence, proposals and presentations effectively representing Eisenhower fundraising goals.
- Requires discretion and independent judgment for identification, research, cultivation and solicitation of donors and prospects to increase the number of $
- Exercises independent judgment in the identification, research, cultivation and solicitation of Annual Fund donors and major donors through new and existing programs within the Foundation.
- Researches, analyzes and synthesizes information in order to articulate institutional activities and priorities in one-on-one meetings with donors and prospects, trustees and volunteer leadership.

- Ability to compose correspondence, proposals, and presentations representing Eisenhower in meetings with donors and prospects
- Ability to understand medical terminology, treatments and procedures
