Job Objective:
Coordinates the shipping and receiving of supplies and equipment for all Eisenhower Health.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
- Receives stock and non-stock supplies ensuring all receipts are checked in against packing slip and purchase orders.
- Ensures products are not damaged before packing slip is signed.
- Reports any discrepancies in shipping documents with the buyer.
- Labels supplies with correct destination.
- Delivers supplies and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Coordinates return of equipment needing repair or replacement with all proper paperwork.
