Essential Responsibilities
-
Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
-
Communicates pertinent information and unfinished tasks to co-workers prior to breaks, lunches and end of shift to ensure continuity of workflow.

Provides safe and efficient transfer of patients.
-
Uses a hydraulic lift, as needed, to assist patients in wheelchairs into the van.
-
Provides safe patient environment at all times; straps patient wheelchair using the proper restrains by utilizing the special seat belts and straps attached to the vehicle floor to secure the wheelchair during transport.

Operates patient support equipment such as oxygen tank.

Maintains sanitized equipment such as wheelchairs after each patient use.

Moves, transfers and lifts patients as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
