  • Job Objective: A brief overview of the position.
    •  
      Responsible for the supervision of all staff. Ensures prompt and efficient services to all customers in the retail space. Oversees stocking, inventory, stock rotation, cleanliness and effective hygiene practices in the retail space. Assists the Retail Manager with daily accounting paperwork, digital signage, marketing, promotions, safe audits, uploading daily sales, cashier audits and any other duties pertaining to the effective operation of the account.

    • Education
      • Required: High School Diploma or GED

    • Licensure/Certification
      • Required: Riverside County Health Card / Food Handlers Card
      • Preferred: ServSafe Certificate
    • Experience
      • Required: 5 years of retail experience
      • Preferred: 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Essential Responsibilities
      • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.

      • Assists in the selection of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.           
      • When working closing shift making sure all items are stocked and faced

      • Able to take initiative on a daily basis
      • Ensures proper staffing is scheduled and/or available to perform daily activities in areas of responsibility.
      • Coordinates and oversees that daily and weekly activities/tasks are performed by staff in areas of responsibility.
      • Ensure that all required products are order and delivered in a timely manner
      • Ensures that department is properly opened and closed per departmental security policies.
      • Communicates any retail related problems/concerns to appropriate personnel, in a timely manner following departmental procedures.
      • Communicates any product shortage to appropriate personal
      • Interacts with management/Employees to ensure guest needs are met.
      • Exhibits pleasant and cheerful demeanor and maintains a helpful attitude towards employees, physicians, patients, and visitors.
      • Adheres to facility confidentiality and patient’s rights policy as outlined in the facility’s HIPAA policies and procedures.
      • Contributes customer satisfaction goals by providing quality service.          
      • Wears name tag identification.
      • Complies with regulatory agency standards, including federal, state
      • Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
      • Maintains a clean, sanitary working environment.                                                                                                  
      • Follows HACCP guidelines when receiving, assembling and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
      • Identifies and utilizes cleaning chemicals following directions recommended by manufacturers and per SDS sheets.
      • Utilizes equipment in performing job functions according to department’s safety procedures.  
      • Follows facility, department,  safety policies and procedures to include incident reporting.
      • Follows facility and departmental infection control policies and procedures.
      • Follows the facility’s protocols for Hazardous Materials and Waste Program.
      • Reads and complies with all policies and procedures          
      • Performs other tasks as may be assigned.
      • Prints out all (if required) Micros reports.
      • Makes sure employees finish all assigned tasks.
      • Follow all cash handling procedures (safe audits, cashier audits)
      • Safety meeting once a month with assigned associates
