Erika Garcia, BSN, RN is an experienced health care leader and registered nurse with nearly two decades of experience across nursing, case management, clinical leadership, and health care administration. She currently serves as an RN Nurse Recruiter at Eisenhower Health, where she helps attract and connect talented nursing professionals with opportunities to serve the Coachella Valley community.

Her career reflects a strong commitment to patient-centered care, team development, and improving health care outcomes. Erika is a graduate of Western Michigan University and brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for supporting health care professionals. If she’s not out and about in her airstream, you can find her snuggled up with her pup and cats at home.
