  • Job Description: A brief statement of the position, including the general job duties.
    • In a collaborative partnership with the physician staff and outpatient ancillary management personnel, coordinate the services to ensure the highest level of patient care and customer satisfaction. Manage the daily operations of multiple clinics including but not limited to, Primary Care Clinics and Multiple Specialty Care Clinics, Resident Clinics, and Urgent Care Clinics to ensure efficient and effective patient care throughout the continuum offered at each facility.
    • Create a Mission driven, caring environment where the physicians, staff, and patients all work together toward the goal of high quality care and extraordinary patient satisfaction. Manage the site in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agency policies, rules, and standards.

  • Qualifications
    • Education
      • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business or other related field.
      • Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or other related field.
    • Licensure/Certification
      • Preferred: CA RN License 
    • Experience
      • Required: 5 years management experience.
      • Preferred: Major program or site management experience. 3 years minimum experience in upper level management role.
  • Specific Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Required
    • Knowledge of the principals and practices of health care administration, fiscal management, governmental regulations, and reimbursement. 
    • Skills and strengths in all forms of communications, particularly verbal and written.

  • Essential Job Specific Responsibilities
    • Manage the programs and service in the site with the goal of attaining and maintaining high patient satisfaction scores.
    • Develop site goals and objectives. Establish, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for the site.
    • Plan, and implement process improvement strategies that ensure the appropriate quality controls.
    • Develop annual budget in conjunction with senior leadership to ensure efficiency, productivity, and sufficient financial resources to meet all projected financial requirements.
    • Monitors operational budget and actual results of operations to control costs and maximize revenue.
    • Assesses capital expenditure needs and makes recommendations for acquisitions.
    • Manage communication with physicians, patients, and staff to ensure service quality, satisfaction, and personal relationship development.
    • Resolves any patient/client issues or complaints in the site when unable to be solved at the front line.
    • Establishes strong relationships with physicians practicing at the site, and manages operations in collaboration with the site Medical Director.
