        • Required: Three (3) years of clerical experience working in a high level customer service setting, preferably within the hospital setting
        • Preferred: Medical terminology
  • Essential Responsibilities
    • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
    • Manages Reception/Concierge desk functions in collaboration with Radiology Leadership or designee, including but not limited to, provide a warm welcome/farewell to all who enter/leave.
    • Maintains Lobby/Reception and common areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
    • Ensures patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.

    • Ensures all patients/guests receive orientation to the building including:
          • All clinical resources as needed
          • Educational and conference opportunities
    • Prepares reports for daily mail out.
    • Manages patient/guest non-clinical requests in a timely professional manner ensuring positive outcomes.
    • Evaluates non-clinical situations requiring attention using sound problem solving skills to resolve.
    • Assists in identification of possible risk issues and coordinates with Radiology Administration for appropriate resolution.
    • Assists Radiology Administration with non-clinical performance improvement initiatives.
    • Answers phone for main Radiology lines and routes to appropriate department.
    • Enters patient procedures and charge codes in computer.

    • Schedules patients for procedures as needed.

    • Performs all other duties as assigned.
