      • Provides recruiting and system administrator support to the Human Resources Nursing Residency recruitment function for the health system.

  • Qualifications
    • Education
        • Required: Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) plus two years of clinical experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
    • Licensure/Certification
        • Preferred: Healthcare certification or license

    • Experience
        • Preferred: Recruitment experience within Human Resources, preferably in healthcare setting

  • Essential Responsibilities
    • 1.    Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
      2.    Contacts RN New Grads when they initially apply to discuss the organization and areas of interest.
      3.    Follows-up with candidates about questions related to interviewing and selection process.
      4.    Communicates status/feedback during the interviewing process.
      5.    In partnership with RN Nurse Recruiters assists with extending offers of employment to New Grad candidates selected for the Nurse Residency program.
      6.    Tracks placements of RN New Grads on various units.
      7.    Reassigns RN New Grads to other units as needed during selection process.
      8.    Processes administrative changes in application tracking system related to hiring/changes in start dates.
      9.    Collaboratively partners with the recruitment team and recruitment advertising agency to make updates on Nurse Residency collateral (landing page, flyers, etc.).
      10.    Participates in local Nurse Residency job fairs and recruitment events as requested.
      11.    Provides reports/data for the Nurse Residency program as requested by the Recruitment Manager.
      12.    Performs other duties as assigned.
